Upgrade problem in i-mate

Dear friends

I have a great problem when I upgrade ROM Version : 1.66.00 WWE to ROM version: 1.72.00wwe

First step installing RUU172126WWE_imate.exe OK

Second step Ext. ROM upgrade with English version with Arabic Support i.e. RUU172810WWE_CDL_SKU2.exe

Here the great problem .. system still checking more than 2 hour then Win me hanging when I press ctrl+alt+delet I have .. Msgsrv32 (Not responding) I-mate still have Serial Version or USB Version finally cleared … without system .

Return to first step to be a live wihout arabic.

Trying with win 98 SE same bad result.

any help will be very much appreciated.
