Symbian FileExplorer gives you full access to your Symbian phone file system from your PC over Bluetooth (OBEX File Transfer). It is a Symbian application which allows user to browse, download, upload and delete files and folders, even system files, of mobile phone with PC using Windows.

CAUTION: Since there is full access to all system files and folders it also will be possible to destroy system files and folders.

To be able to use this application you need the software provided with the Bluetooth hardware (Bluetooth USB dongle or integrated Bluetooth). Bluetooth software that is installed by Windows Service Pack 2 is not compatible with system. If you have problems installing your Bluetooth device vendor’s software see their website for help on installing correct Bluetooth software.

1. Installation
Move install package, the sis-file, to mobile phone and install it normally, either to device memory or to MMC card. After successful completion of installation an icon appears to main Menu’s application list or to selected location.

2. Using the application
Start application by clicking the icon in your Series 80 phone. After starting the application it is ready to be used (you may be prompted to turn Bluetooth on).

Just connect to OBEX File Transfer by double clicking Bluetooth Places icon in Windows desktop or select it by right-clicking Bluetooth icon in system tray. If devices are not paired you will need to do that before you can use the application. (Tip: After completing pairing set your PC as authorized from mobile phones Bluetooth settings). When first connection is successful you should see drives of your mobile phone listed.

The following picture is an example of how you see the file structure of your phone from PC.

Here you will find Christian Mobile Radio application for Nokia & other Series 60 handsets. Please refer to Data Rates & Handset Guide for compatibility with your phone.

IMPORTANT NOTE: For Siemens SX1: Please turn off your keypad tones which will crash the client: Profiles-->General-->Keypad Tones-->Off.

Finally, for those who have tried to install on N-Gage, 3650, SX1, 7650, Sendo X: Please make sure you remove the previous copy using Tools-->Manager and then try to install the new client version.

Before you launch the application please reboot the device.

Tired of searching fonts for arabic, japan, chinese, hebrew, umlauts and other special characters? Want to get the most out of your fonts? Then AXMA Unicode Font is the right tool for you. AXMA Unicode Font lets you to work with the texts written practically in any language of the world on your Symbian device. Font contains about 40000 glyphs and five sets of glyphs (sizes are 7,8,10,12 and 14pt).
AXMA Unicode Font Installation
1. Install a SIS file unpacked from this archive (you can use PC Suite for instance). It is recommended to use memory card for font installation (device memory for Series 90).
2. Perform reset for your Symbian device (for example, remove the battery from the device for a couple of seconds and put is back).
After soft reset was completed, the AXMA Unicode Font (the name is 'AXMA Unicode 8' if you try out a demo version) will be visible in the font selection dialog available practically in any programs you have installed.
AXMA Unicode Font Uninstallation
1. Launch file manager available on your Symbian device.
2. Choose from the list AXMA Unicode application (the name is 'AXMA Unicode 8' for the demo version) and select 'Remove'.
3. If you get error message then select 'Skip' and continue.
4. AXMA Unicode application the name is 'AXMA Unicode 8' for the demo version) will be removed from installed program on your Symbian device. The font file ('axmauni.gdr' or 'axmauni8.gdr') should be removed manually from the folder \System\Fonts located on the device memory or the memory card.
5. Rename the folder '\System\Fonts' into '\System\Fonts2' (name 'Fonts2' here is just an example, you can use any name you like).
6. Delete the font file.
7. Rename the folder '\System\Fonts2' into '\System\Fonts' back.
8. Reset your Symbian device (for example, remove the battery from the device for a couple of seconds and put is back).
Demo Version Limitations
The demo version ('AXMA Unicode 8 Font') has exactly the same glyphs as the full one ('AXMA Unicode Font'), but the only one set of the glyphs (size is 8pt) is available. The full version has five sets of glyphs (sizes are 7,8,10,12 and 14pt).
